Raising the bar once again; Rubicon Express brings the Off-Road industry a great performing, low cost suspension system for the Wrangler JK. Rubicon Express brought the first long arm suspension for the JK Wrangler to the market back in 2006, setting an industry standard that all other suspension manufacturers strive to reach to this day. Rubicon Express uses their expertise to create an affordable, budget minded suspension package that is packed with impressive features and provides outstanding performance, creating a smooth ride on road and on the trail. The factory control arms and other components are retained. These systems will allow the use of 33” to 35” tires and have been engineered to easily upgrade to a Super-Flex or Extreme-Duty Long Arm systems with the purchase of additional components

Rubicon Express Extreme-Duty Long Arm System
The Rubicon Express Extreme-Duty Long Arm System was the first radius long arm suspension available for the Jeep Wrangler JK. This system has been engineered to work WITH your Jeep’s Electronic Stability Controls and Rubicon edition electronic sway bar WITHOUT compromising safety. Featuring our world-class chromoly Radius Long Arms, the geometry has been meticulously designed to keep pinion and driveshaft angles in phase, while eliminating suspension jacking and unwanted suspension squat. We use 2" x .250 wall Chromoly tubing for our lower control arms for serious off roading use. Our Extreme-Duty Long Arm system coupled with properly valved Rubicon Express shocks allows the JK Wrangler to transmit throttle input to the wheels over varied terrain, providing sure-footed traction and positive suspension feedback. The result is superior on road handling and unrivaled off road performance, without the need to disable factory safety features. The 3.5” suspension will allow the use of 35” tires. The 4.5” suspension will allow the use of 37” tires. Driveline modifications will be required.
